FEAR EXPO Business Networking Session Friday, January 21st - 6pm to 8pm
This is an amazing opportunity for Vendors and Attraction owners to network in a Fun and Exciting way. We will have tables set up around the room with Attraction Owners (GM, Managers, ect) placed together at each. The tables will be labeled by the Haunts name.. example Table 1 "Valley Of the Dead", Table 2 "Hells Fork", ect.. Each Attraction owner will not move they will stay at their assigned table. The Vendors will enter the room and draw a number, then go and sit down at the numbered table that matches their drawn number.
Once all vendors have found their table, we will go over the rules and start the networking session. Each Session will last for 3 minutes giving both the Attractions and the Vendors opportunities to ask and answer questions. We will provide cheat sheets for both groups to help keep track of important information and also to help in guidance of questions.
The object is for the vendor to meet many new attractions and invite them to a one on one at a different time or even at their booth on Saturday, and for Attraction owners to meet great new vendors and discuss what's new. Every 3 minutes the Vendors will move to the next table to the right and start again. This will be a fun and amazing networking event for all. A bar and snacks will be provided, and the first drink is on us. This event will be on the 3rd floor...follow the signs.
